Balloons Galore

That day I snow-shoed higher than the mist in the Sarine Valley. I was headed for a peak called Signal de Rodomont, which is not far from Château-d'Oex, a place where every year they put on an amazing balloon festival.

On the way, I stopped to have a look at some coloured spots hanging in the frozen air.
