For families too!

Here a 2 (and a half !-) pictures of an outing in the Diablerets area, towards the Arnensee, on the border with the Bern canton. A fabulous walk with incredible views and a delightful picnic spot! I will also not forget to mention the delightful and faithful family of 5 that asked me to organize this outing for them. We do this twice a year, once in winter and once in summer: thanks to them!

This hike is perfect for a family outing: why not yours? We saw wild flowers and talked about how to use them in cooking or in traditional medicine. We were eager to see marmots, an eagle and maybe a bearded vulture, and we saw .... NOTHING !

But at the start of the walk, in the chalet d'Isenau, we were welcomed by the local cheese maker, who actually comes from the german speaking part, and we were lucky to be able to visit the whole chalet, taste some cheese, and of course buy some for back home!

I can't tell you how good this picnic sport is: it really doesn't get much better than this, check it out, and give us a beep if you want to go there one day, we'll go together!
